Description
The Magpul Forward Sling Mount is a clamp-on attachment that lets a 12 gauge shotgun carry a tactical sling. It mounts to the barrel and extended magazine tube of the Remington 870 and to the Mossberg 500 and 590 series, including the Maverick, and places the sling attachment point at the front of the gun.
The mount is machined from precision cast steel and finished in Melonite, a treatment intended to resist wear and corrosion. It can be configured for push-button QD sling swivels or for one-point clip-in attachments such as the MS3 Paraclip, HK Hook, and ITW MASH hook.
