Description
The Magpul PMAG Gen M3 is a 40-round polymer magazine for AR-15 pattern rifles, built for 5.56x45mm NATO and .223 Remington ammunition. It is intended as a replacement or spare magazine for AR-15, M16, and M4 style rifles.
The Gen M3 uses a new low friction, four-way anti-tilt follower and constant curve geometry in its 40-round body to support feeding reliability. The feed lip and spine are reinforced to better resist impacts when loaded to full capacity. A smaller floorplate with improved drainage and lower profile side ribs are designed to fit a wider range of magazine pouches. The magazine is offered in black.
The PMAG Gen M3 is listed as compatible with 300 Blackout as well as 223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO.
