Description
The Magpul MOE SL Carbine-Length MVG is a polymer handguard for AR-15 and M4-pattern rifles with carbine-length or mid-length gas systems. It is designed as a direct replacement for two-piece plastic factory handguards and reuses the existing round front retaining cap and spring-loaded delta ring.
The handguard uses M-LOK slots at the two, six, and ten o'clock positions for attaching Picatinny rail sections, tactical lights, slings, grips, and other direct-attach accessories. Its reinforced, heat-resistant polymer construction is lighter than an aluminum rail, and large front extensions and a lower lip help shield the operator's hand from the hot front sight assembly. The finish is Flat Dark Earth.
