Description
The Magpul MS1 to MS3 Sling Adapter is a coyote-colored sling adapter for AR-15 platform rifles. It lets the Magpul MS1 sling move from a two-point configuration to a single-point configuration, and purchasing one for each side of the MS1 sling creates a clip-on sling that can also attach to itself to form a single-point sling.
The adapter is made of steel with polymer hardware and has a melonite finish. Its steel paraclip lever is case hardened, and a cross-bolt lock bar lets the user lock the clip closed. The adapter uses a reinforced polymer design with 1-1/4 inch webbing.
The rear end fits the Magpul ASAP and SGA receiver sling mounts, and the front end fits the Magpul RSA, MSA, and Forward sling mounts. It is also compatible with many snap-hook style sling loops and with standard or QD sling swivels.
