Marlin ~ Model 1936 ~ .32 Winchester Special

Marlin Model 1936 with 20" barrel chambered for .32 Winchester Special The Model 1936 was only made in "1936" it transitioned to the model 36 in 1937 and was made till 1940. The serial number on this gun is 64...yes!!!! 64!!! It had to of been made on the first day or two of production. The two holes drilled in side of receiver look like they may have been for one of the Lyman peep sights of the era that these guns often received after the sale Interested?
