Description
The Maxim Defense MS-9 Modular is a 9mm suppressor designed to run in either a short or long configuration, letting the user match the setup to the host firearm and the level of suppression needed. It is intended for pistols and pistol caliber carbines.
The suppressor has a 17-4 stainless steel core for heat and wear resistance and a 7075 aluminum tube to keep weight down for balance on handguns and carbines. It measures 7.5 inches overall, weighs 8.6 ounces, and has an outer diameter of 1.375 inches. The stainless baffle system is designed to disassemble with common tools for cleaning, and a DLC and Cerakote finish adds corrosion resistance.
The MS-9 includes a 1/2-28 piston and is listed with no barrel length restrictions and no rate of fire restrictions.
