Meprolight Tru-Dot R4E Green/Green Wide Fixed 1911 Night Sight Set

The Meprolight Tru-Dot R4E Green/Green Wide Fixed Night Sight Set is a Special Forces-developed tritium sight system purpose-built for 1911 pistols with wide Novak-style sight channels, featuring five sight alignment elements — three vertical features and two horizontal white lines — that produce a unique crosshair-style reticle sight picture for dramatically faster and more precise target acquisition than a traditional 3-dot system. Both front and rear sights feature vivid green tritium vials with white alignment lines, delivering a consistent, instinctive aiming reference in all lighting conditions with zero transition needed from day to night use and a proven increase in hit efficiency of over 85% in testing by both entry-level and expert marksmen. Drop-proof, shockproof, solvent-resistant, maintenance-free, and backed by Meprolight's 12-year tritium illumination guarantee, these sights install directly into wide Novak-cut 1911 slides with no modifications required.
