Description
The Midwest Industries Combat Rail HD is a 9.25-inch free-float handguard for AR-15 rifles, machined from 6061 aluminum with a black hard coat anodized finish. It is built to hold up to hard use and to keep the barrel isolated from handguard pressure for more consistent accuracy.
The rail uses M-LOK attachment slots along seven sides for mounting lights, grips, slings and other accessories. Heavy-duty anti-rotation tabs index it to the upper receiver, and a longer 4140 steel barrel nut adds strength at the junction with the receiver. A 5-slot Picatinny section at 12 o'clock is included.
The package includes mounting hardware, a barrel nut wrench and a 5-slot polymer M-LOK accessory rail. Torx hardware is used for installation.
