The Midwest Industries Drop-In AK Handguard in 6-inch length is a black aluminum handguard for AK-platform rifles, designed to give the forend a rail surface for mounting accessories. Its drop-in design installs without permanent modification to the firearm and is intended to fit in minutes with minor fitting.
The handguard is machined from 6061 aluminum and finished with a hard coat anodized surface. It provides three sides of usable M-LOK slots and includes two anti-rotation quick-detach sling swivel sockets. It is compatible with railed gas tubes such as the ULTIMAK.
