Description
The Mossberg Maverick 88 Security Combo is a 12 gauge pump action shotgun sold as a bundle with two barrels, an 18.5-inch barrel for home defense and a 28-inch vent rib barrel for hunting and clay target shooting. It is built on the Mossberg 500 platform.
Each shotgun in the set has a black finish and a bead front sight. The action is pump operated and the magazine holds 5 rounds. The 18.5-inch barrel is a cylinder bore, and the 28-inch barrel carries a vent rib. Both chamber 12 gauge 3-inch shells.
The bundle includes both barrels, so the owner can switch between a short home defense barrel and a longer hunting barrel on the same receiver.
