Description
The Mossberg 500 Turkey is a right-hand, 12 gauge pump action shotgun built for turkey and other field hunting. Its shortened 20-inch barrel gives it a lighter, easier-handling profile than full-length hunting models. The Hunting model features dual extractors, steel-to-steel lockup, twin action bars, and an anti-jam elevator for reliable cycling, along with a top-mounted safety that offers ambidextrous operation.
The rifle-style receiver and barrel are steel, with a Mossy Oak Obsession camouflage finish on the receiver, barrel, and synthetic stock. A windage and elevation adjustable fiber optic front sight is included, and the 3-inch chamber accepts 12 gauge shells up to 3 inches long. The overall length is 40.25 inches with a 13.87-inch length of pull. The 5+1 capacity is supported by an X-Factor ported turkey choke tube with three rows of angled ports, and a padded camo sling is included.
