Nobel Heavy Game 28 GA-2.75 #8 Shot 1 oz 25-Rounds

Nobel Heavy Game 28 Features The Nobel Heavy Game load in 28 GA was engineered specifically to maximize the performance of a smaller bore shotgun on upland and small game carrying a 1 ounce payload of number 8 lead shot that is considerable for the gauge. Launched at 1205 fps from a 2.75 inch hull this load gives hunters the speed needed to connect on fast erratic targets like grouse while still delivering a pattern dense enough for clean kills. The number 8 shot size strikes a balance between pattern density and per pellet energy that works well on smaller upland birds. A maximum dram equivalent charge and a 209 primer round out a load built for consistent ignition in the field. Plastic hull construction and boxed packaging keep this shotshell protected and easy to carry afield across a full day of hunting. Twenty five shells per box gives upland hunters a practical supply for a day in the field chasing pheasant or grouse without needing to restock constantly. The velocity range this load falls into between 1200 and 1399 fps places it among the faster options available in 28 gauge which helps compensate for the smaller shot charge compared to larger gauges. For hunters who have made the switch to a lighter 28 gauge gun this Nobel Heavy Game load delivers the performance needed to keep that smaller bore effective in the field.
