This M1 Garand is made by ADI (Australian Defence Industries) at the Lithgow factory. These rifles were often sold by companies like Springfield Arms and are commercial reproductions rather than military issue. They were assembled with commercial and military parts. This one appears to be built on mostly Springfield parts. Serial 000467. Comes with a sling, but no en bloc clip or box. This rifle remains in very nice condition with a few minor marks in the stock and some wear on the finish.
