For your consideration, a custom 98 Mauser pattern sporting rifle chambered in .270 Winchester. Sighting consists of a C. A. Dahl hooded front sight and a Lyman Alaskan scope in a Paul Jaeger QD mount. The stock is appointed with a rubber butt pad, a beaded cheekpiece, steel grip cap, and ebony forend tip. None of the serial numbers match between the floorplate, bottom metal, and receiver.
