One Horse M16 Bolt Carrier Group 5.56/300 BLK Nitride

One Horse Bolt Carrier Group Features The One Horse Bolt Carrier Group is machined from a 9310 tool steel bolt paired with an 8620 AQ steel carrier both treated to full mil-spec heat treatment standards for strength and long service life. Every bolt undergoes magnetic particle inspection to detect subsurface flaws before it reaches the rifle and the back of the lugs is chamfered to improve reliability during extraction and ejection. A properly staked gas key secured with grade 8 fasteners prevents loosening under the pressure of repeated cycling a common failure point on lower quality carrier groups. The bolt also ships with its spring insert and O-ring already installed simplifying assembly for builders. Finished with a full salt bath nitride treatment across the bolt carrier and cam pin the One Horse BCG offers excellent corrosion resistance along with a smooth low-friction surface that eases cleaning after a day at the range. An S7 tool steel extractor adds further durability to the extraction cycle while forward assist serrations ensure compatibility with rifles that use a forward assist feature. Rated for 5.56 .223 and .300 Blackout chamberings and compatible with full-auto fire control groups this BCG is manufactured entirely with USA materials and labor. The One Horse Bolt Carrier Group is available for sale at ARMSAGORA for AR-15 owners looking for a dependable mil-spec upgrade or replacement.
