Orvis Encounter Fly Fishing Outfit 6wt 9' 4-Piece

Instead of the term "entry level," Orvis prefers to describe their new Encounter rod outfits as "affordable awesomeness." Built for the hardcore angler, yet priced with frugality in mind, the Encounter rod series combines state-of-the-art rod design with a smooth, crisp performance-packaged with a large arbor Encounter reel (size II), weight-forward floating 5-wt. line, backing, leader, and rod/reel case. The 9' 5-weight Encounter rod outfit is easily the best value-priced outfit of its kind. This is the perfect backup for an experienced traveling angler or for a new angler who plans to spend most of their time on bigger trout waters.FeaturesBuilt for the hardcore angler, yet priced with frugality in mind4-piece9' 5-wt. is an ideal rod for bigger trout watersSmooth, crisp performancePackaged with a size II Encounter reel, 5-wt. line, backing, 4X leader, and rod/reel case
