Description
The Olight Osight S is a compact 1X red dot sight designed for pistols and rifles that use the RMSc mounting footprint. Its fully enclosed housing is built from proprietary aluminum alloy with an anodized black finish, and it is intended for use as a primary aiming optic on carry and general-purpose firearms.
The sight offers a selectable reticle: a 2 MOA red dot or a 32 MOA circle. It has a large viewing window measuring 0.83 by 0.55 inches. The Osight S uses a magnetic charging cover that drops onto the top of the optic to charge its built-in battery. The manufacturer rates battery life at nearly 22,000 hours on level 3 brightness with the 2 MOA dot selected.
Because the optic is fully enclosed, it is protected from the elements. It is compatible with RMSc-pattern mounting plates.
