Pedersoli Howdah Vintage 45 Colt / 410 10.25" Double Barrel Pistol

Pedersoli Howdah Vintage Features The Pedersoli Howdah Vintage recreates the famous Howdah-style double pistol with a true sidelock action and exposed hammers giving the shooter an authentic mechanical experience rooted in 19th and early 20th century design. Twin 10.25 inch barrels begin round and end octagonal a traditional barrel profile that adds both visual character and a touch of period-correct balance to the pistol. The 6-groove rifled bore with a 1:48 twist stabilizes .45 Colt projectiles while the barrels also accept .410 bore shotgun shells in a 3 inch chamber for added versatility at close range. Double triggers allow the shooter to fire each barrel independently a classic feature that separates true double guns from single-trigger designs. The walnut frame and furniture bring genuine old-world styling to the Howdah Vintage and a blued steel finish on the barrels contrasts nicely with the case-hardened receiver for a classic two-tone look. Fixed sights consisting of a ramp front and folding rear leaf keep the aiming system simple authentic and easy to maintain. At just over 4 pounds and 16.61 inches overall the pistol is compact enough for close-range defensive or sporting use while still carrying genuine historical weight in its design lineage. For collectors and shooters drawn to the romance of the Auto and Burglar era the Howdah Vintage delivers a faithfully reproduced double pistol built to actually be fired.
