Description
The Pelican 1750 Protector Long Case is a hard, watertight carrying case for long guns, supplied in Desert Tan with full-length pluck foam. It is built for transporting rifles and shotguns in demanding conditions, with a polypropylene body, a silicone O-ring lid seal, and an automatic purge valve that equalizes air pressure.
The interior measures about 50.4 by 13.3 by 5.3 inches, sized for long guns up to roughly 48 inches when fitted with the three-piece pluck foam. The case is rated for temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit. It has over-molded rubber handles, stainless steel hardware, and a 5/16 inch padlock hole. Empty weight is 21 pounds, and it weighs 26.7 pounds with foam.
