PMC Bronze 223 Remington ammunition is a centerfire rifle cartridge designed for high-volume target shooting and general-purpose use. Each round pairs a 55-grain full metal jacket boat tail bullet with a brass case, with a rated muzzle velocity of 3200 feet per second and muzzle energy of 1250 foot-pounds.

The full metal jacket design encloses a lead core in a copper jacket, which produces little or no expansion and deeper penetration. That makes this load suited to target practice and to hunting applications where increased penetration is needed.
