Description
The Pro-Shot Stopper Bore Guide is a cleaning accessory for bolt action rifles. It seats at the chamber end of the barrel to protect the bore throat and to keep cleaning solvent from running back into the action and trigger mechanism during cleaning.
The guide is machined from aluminum with an anodized finish and uses Delrin for its tips and ends, a chemically resistant plastic. The sleeve holds its brass pin in place, so the guide is designed not to loosen during use. It is adjustable to cover centerfire calibers from 22 up to 30 caliber.
It fits Remington, Ruger, and Savage bolt action rifles with either short or long actions. The 22 caliber version is for 22 Caliber Centerfire cartridges and is not intended for rimfire rifles.
