Proof Research Elevation MTR 2.0 6.5 PRC 20" Threaded Bolt Action Rifle

Proof Research Elevation MTR 2.0 Features The Proof Research Elevation MTR 2.0 is built around a carbon fiber wrapped Sendero contour barrel that sheds significant weight compared to a traditional steel barrel while maintaining match-grade accuracy at extended ranges. The Zermatt Arms Origin action cycles smoothly and provides a rigid platform for consistent lock-up contributing to Proof s sub-MOA accuracy guarantee. A TriggerTech trigger breaks clean and crisp letting shooters place precise shots on distant game or steel without unwanted creep. The detachable AICS-pattern steel magazine feeds reliably and allows fast reloads between strings of fire. Proof s own carbon fiber stock keeps overall rifle weight low without flexing under recoil an important trait for a rifle meant to be carried long distances into the backcountry. The Midnight Camo finish blends into varied terrain while resisting scuffs and wear from pack straps and rough handling. A Picatinny rail milled into the black receiver provides a stable repeatable mounting surface for a long-range optic tuned to 6.5 PRC ballistics. Shipping with a thread protector over the 5/8x24 threaded muzzle the Elevation MTR 2.0 is ready to accept a brake or suppressor whenever the hunter chooses rounding out a complete precision hunting package.
