Proof Research Elevation MTR 2.0 6.5 PRC 22" Midnight Camo Bolt Action Rifle

Proof Research Elevation MTR 2.0 Features The Proof Research Elevation MTR 2.0 is built around a carbon fiber wrapped match-grade barrel that sheds significant weight compared to a traditional steel barrel while maintaining excellent heat dissipation and accuracy. A 1:7.5 twist rate stabilizes the heavier high-BC bullets commonly loaded in 6.5 PRC extending the rifle s effective range on both game and steel targets. The Stainless finish protects the action from corrosion in wet or humid hunting environments where a rifle sees extended exposure to the elements. A 5/8x24 threaded muzzle accepts a suppressor or muzzle brake giving shooters flexibility to manage recoil or reduce sound signature for the hunt at hand. The carbon fiber stock finished in a Midnight Camo pattern helps the rifle disappear into varied terrain while keeping total weight to a remarkably light 6 lbs 7 oz. A 3-round MDT steel AICS-pattern detachable magazine feeds reliably and allows shooters to carry preloaded spares for a fast reload in the field. This lightweight build makes the Elevation MTR 2.0 an easy rifle to carry over long distances on backcountry hunts without sacrificing the accuracy demanded at extended range. Combining a premium carbon barrel with a purpose-built chassis the Elevation MTR 2.0 is engineered for hunters and shooters who need every ounce to count.
