Proof Research Pre-Fit Q Fix Barrel 6mm Creedmoor 22" 1-in-7.5 Twist Carbon Fiber

Proof Research Pre-Fit Q Fix Barrel Features The Proof Research Pre-Fit Q Fix Barrel is built from stainless steel wrapped in carbon fiber a construction method that dramatically reduces weight compared to a traditional contoured steel barrel while retaining the rigidity match shooters demand. Its 1-in-7.5 twist rate is matched to the heavier bullet weights favored in 6mm Creedmoor stabilizing them for consistent accuracy at extended ranges. The Q Fix pre-fit design allows for straightforward installation on a compatible action letting shooters swap barrels without a full gunsmithing job. This combination gives precision shooters a fast path to upgraded performance on their existing rifle. At 2 lbs 11 oz the barrel adds minimal weight to a build while delivering the stiffness needed for repeatable shot placement. The threaded 5/8x24 muzzle accepts a suppressor or brake letting shooters tailor recoil and sound management to their application. Proof Research s carbon fiber wrapping process is built for durability under repeated firing sessions holding up to the demands of competitive shooting. This barrel gives precision rifle owners a proven way to extract more accuracy from a platform they already own.
