The 7400 was a follower to all the Remington autoloading rifles. They were designed for hunters to hunt with and be useful in booth dense woods where action can be "sudden," as well as more open country. This one features BDL quality walnut Monte Carlo stock, as well as the black tip/grip/butt caps that set the BDLs apart. The scope is a "house-brand" scope in shoot-thru mounts.
