++REMINGTON 760 .300 SAVAGE

This early Gamemaster was produced in the 1953-1958 time frame as the .300 Savage was discontinued in 1958. It has a grooved walnut fore end, "iron" sights, and provision for scope. The aluminum butt plate was a high-end add-on as aluminum was quite expensive at the time, and was used for decoration more than utility. The rifle itself is in great condition, especially considering it is now nearly 70.
