Remington ~ 1100 Trap ~ 12 Gauge

The Remington Model 1100 Trap is a classic gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun fitted with a compact 22-inch sighted barrel. Its proven gas system provides smooth cycling and helps moderate felt recoil, while the barrel-mounted front and rear sights offer a more deliberate sight picture than a traditional vent-rib shotgun barrel. The shortened barrel gives this vintage Model 1100 a quick-handling profile, complemented by its traditional walnut furniture and blued-steel construction. Although the receiver is configured or marked as a Trap model, the sighted 22-inch barrel may represent a later slug, deer, or field-oriented conversion rather than its original factory setup. This distinctive configuration combines the classic character of an older Remington 1100 with practical, compact handling. In good to fair condition with use, handling, and age present.
