Ruger ~ 22/45 ~ .22LR

The Ruger 22/45 is a highly successful variant of Ruger's iconic rimfire pistol series, specifically engineered to replicate the ergonomics, controls, and grip angle of the classic M1911 pistol. Chambered in .22 LR, this handgun features a lightweight polymer frame that reduces overall weight while providing a familiar training platform for centerfire shooters. Known for its exceptional accuracy and reliability, it utilizes a fixed-barrel design with a reciprocating rear bolt rather than a traditional slide. Modern iterations, such as the Mark IV 22/45, feature a simplified one-button takedown mechanism that addresses the complex disassembly of earlier generations, making it a premier choice for target shooting, plinking, and competitive training. This pistol is in very good condition.
