Ruger AR Small Parts Kit 90992

Ruger Small Parts Kit Features The Ruger Small Parts Kit gathers fifteen individual components into one package so an AR owner never has to source a single spring or pin separately. The hammer spring disconnector spring and trigger spring work together inside the fire control group and having fresh replacements on hand restores crisp reliable trigger function when an older build starts to feel gritty or inconsistent. The two trigger pins and trigger guard pin are frequently bent or lost during disassembly and the bolt catch pin plunger and spring keep the bolt catch engaging properly so the action locks open on an empty magazine every time. Each part is manufactured to Ruger s standard of rugged reliability for dependable function. Rounding out the kit are the safety selector detent ejector spring magazine catch spring and a pair of takedown spring detents and takedown springs along with the buffer retainer and buffer retainer spring. These parts govern the controls a shooter touches constantly from engaging the safety to dropping the magazine to pinning the upper and lower together so keeping them fresh preserves the tactile feel of a quality build. Ruger notes these components are intended for AR-15 pattern firearms and recommends installation by a qualified gunsmith to ensure proper fit and safe function. For armorers restocking a bench or owners maintaining their own rifle this kit is a practical affordable way to keep an AR platform running right.
