The Ruger SR22 Semi-Auto Rimfire Pistol is a low-maintenance, rugged, and reliable handgun, chambered in the common and inexpensive .22 LR ammunition. An ambidextrous thumb safety and magazine release accommodate both right- and left-handed shooters. The rear sight is adjustable for both windage and elevation and the white-dot front sight is dovetailed for easy replacement or adjustment. An integral Picatinny rail on the frame readily accepts a variety of aftermarket laser sights or tactical flashlights. The Ruger SR22 is a slim, trim, lightweight Semi-Auto Rimfire Pistol well suited for a variety of applications, including concealed carry or trail gun, as well as for informal target shooting and handgun training.
