Description
The Ruger Mark IV Hunter is a semi-automatic .22 LR pistol built on Ruger's Mark IV platform, the current evolution of the company's 1949 Standard Auto Pistol. It has a one-piece fully machined grip frame, a take-down mechanism for simple disassembly and cleaning, an ambidextrous manual safety, and a drop-free magazine release.
The pistol has a 6.88-inch target-crowned, fluted bull barrel and a satin stainless steel finish. Sights are a fiber optic front and an adjustable rear. The receiver is drilled and tapped for Weaver- or Picatinny-style optic rails. It weighs 2.75 pounds and is right-handed. A magazine disconnect prevents the trigger from being pulled when the magazine is removed.
The Mark IV uses the same 10-round magazine as the Ruger Mark III. This model is a Limited Edition Talo Exclusive version of the Hunter.
