Description
The Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite is a semi-automatic rimfire pistol chambered in 22 LR, built for target shooting, plinking and training. It has a single-piece aluminum receiver with a polymer grip frame and a ventilated barrel shroud housing a tensioned stainless steel barrel. The champagne anodized finish and adjustable rear sight complete the design.
The pistol has a 4.4-inch barrel with a 1/2-28 threaded muzzle for attaching aftermarket suppressors, protected by an aluminum thread protector. The top of the receiver includes a Picatinny rail for optical sights. A manual, ambidextrous thumb safety and a magazine disconnect are included, and the 10-round capacity supports rapid follow-up shots.
The frame-mounted pivot pin and rear-mounted takedown button allow the pistol to be disassembled and reassembled without tools for chamber-to-muzzle cleaning.
