Rugged Suppressors Obsidian Piston 1/2x28 Suppressor Piston

The Rugged Suppressors Obsidian Piston is a replacement piston for Rugged Suppressors Obsidian suppressors that use 1/2"-28 threads. It is intended for use with the Obsidian suppressor system to replace the stock piston component.

The piston uses a non-slotted design that creates a full circumference gas seal, which the manufacturer states drastically lowers gas blowback. It is machined from 17-4 stainless steel and heat treated, and carries a copper finish with a right-hand orientation.

When used on a fixed barrel platform such as a carbine or subgun, the spring must be replaced with a fixed barrel spacer to ensure the system is properly configured for the host firearm.
