Sako ~ L46 ~ .22 Hornet

Sako L46 "Riihimaki" chambered in .22 Hornet. This is a magazine-fed bolt-action rifle that was made in Finland. The barrel length is 24 inches. It has the bases for front rear sights, but the dovetailed front post and rear sight have been removed. It does have integral Sako bases on the receiver for scope mounting. The stock is one-piece checkered wood with a capped pistol grip, fluted straight comb with cheek-piece, and a serrated hard rubber Sako buttplate. There are sling swivels on the belly of the buttstock and the underside of the forend. There are handling marks on the buttstock, but it is in very good condition. The checkering shows light-moderate wear and remains well defined. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP is 13 1/2" from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. The blued finish is very good. The bore is bright and the rifling is well defined. Includes 1 mag. No box.
