Samson Sling Point Gas Block Cap 1.25" Steel for Ruger Mini-14/Mini-30

Samson Sling Point Gas Block Cap Features The Samson Sling Point Gas Block Cap swaps directly onto the factory gas block of compatible Ruger Mini-14 and Mini Thirty rifles manufactured in 2007 or earlier adding an integrated lateral sling attachment point where none existed before. This design keeps the sling mount low and close to the barrel which helps balance the rifle differently than a stock-mounted sling point. Built from durable steel and finished in black oxide the cap resists corrosion and wear from repeated carry and field use. Its compact 1.25 inch length and 1.75 inch width keep the added hardware from disrupting the rifle s factory profile. Installing the Sling Point Gas Block Cap is a simple swap requiring only removal of the factory cap and replacement with the Samson unit before attaching the sling hardware of the owner s choice. At roughly 1.3 ounces the added weight is negligible compared to the convenience gained from a dedicated lateral sling point. This upgrade suits hunters and sport shooters who carry their Mini-14 or Mini Thirty for extended periods and want a more natural carry angle. For Ruger Mini-14 and Mini Thirty owners looking for a factory-style sling solution this gas block cap is a straightforward and durable option.
