Samson B.A. Sling Point Gas Block Cap Stainless for Ruger Mini-14/Mini-30

Samson B.A. Sling Point Features The Samson B.A. Sling Point is machined from 303 stainless steel giving it the strength and corrosion resistance needed to hold up to years of field use and sling tension. It is built as a direct replacement for the factory Ruger Mini-14 or Mini Thirty gas block cap so installation does not require any permanent modification to the rifle. The integrated sling attachment point solves a common complaint with these rifles giving shooters a sturdy place to mount a sling without aftermarket clamps or adapters. At just 1.25 inches long and 1.75 inches wide the part keeps a low profile that matches the rifle s original lines. This gas block cap is compatible with Mini-14 rifles carrying a factory flanged .625 inch diameter barrel manufactured in 2008 or later identified by a serial number prefix of 508 or higher. Mini Thirty rifles with either the older straight pencil .625 inch barrel or the newer flanged .625 inch barrel are also compatible with this cap. Weighing only 1.3 ounces the part adds negligible weight to the rifle while delivering a genuine functional upgrade. For Mini-14 and Mini Thirty owners who want a dependable sling mounting solution the Samson B.A. Sling Point is a straightforward well-built option.
