Savage Axis 2 270 Win 20" Bolt Action Rifle OD Green 4-Round

Savage Axis 2 Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 is built around a precision button-rifled threaded 20 barrel with a 1:10 twist rate matched to the .270 Win cartridge delivering the reach and stability hunters count on in open country. Thread-in headspacing keeps chamber tolerances tight from the factory and the rifle feeds from a 4+1 round detachable box magazine for a fast follow-up shot on game. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger breaks anywhere from 2.5 to 6 lbs letting a hunter set the pull to their own preference rather than living with a heavy factory trigger. A two-position safety and a drilled and tapped receiver round out an action built for dependable field use and future optics upgrades. The redesigned ergonomic bolt handle offers a sleeker profile that stays easy to run even with gloved hands in cold weather. The OD Green synthetic stock carries enhanced texturing and a contoured pistol grip with ambidextrous palm swells so the rifle handles comfortably for right or left-handed shooters. A rubber recoil pad softens the recoil of the .270 Win across a long day in the field or at the range. The 5/8x24 threaded muzzle rounds out a versatile ready-to-hunt package available for sale at ARMSAGORA.
