Savage Axis XP 6.5 Creedmoor 20" Left Hand Bolt Action Rifle with 3-9x40mm Scope

Savage Axis XP Features The Savage Arms Axis XP is loaded with features that deliver tack-driving accuracy on every shot starting with a precision button-rifled 20 barrel threaded at 5/8x24 for a muzzle device. Thread-in headspacing tightens factory tolerances an important advantage in 6.5 Creedmoor a cartridge built specifically around consistent long-range accuracy. A two-position top tang safety keeps the manual of arms simple in the field and the trigger breaks in a 5 to 7 lb range for predictable shot placement. The updated bolt handle features a sleek ergonomic design that enhances user control and comfort during operation particularly in adverse weather. The black synthetic stock is molded with a pistol grip for a secure repeatable hold across varied shooting positions. A 4-round detachable box magazine allows quick reloads between shots and the drilled and tapped matte black receiver leaves room to mount a different optic later if desired. Right out of the box the rifle carries a factory-mounted and boresighted 3-9x40mm scope with a Duplex reticle so the shooter can head straight to the range or the field. At 7.6 lbs and 40.5 overall this left-hand Axis XP in 6.5 Creedmoor is a capable long-range-ready package for hunters and target shooters alike.
