Savage Impulse Core Hunter Pro 300 PRC 24" Threaded Woodland Camo Rifle

Savage Impulse Core Hunter Pro Features The Savage Impulse Core Hunter Pro runs on Savage s straight-pull Impulse action chambered in 300 PRC to deliver fast accurate follow-up shots on tough far-ranging game without the hunter having to break their cheek weld or shooting position to run a conventional bolt. The heavy sporter threaded 24 barrel with a 1:9 twist stabilizes the heavier high-ballistic-coefficient bullets favored for long-range 300 PRC shooting and the threaded muzzle leaves the option open for a brake or suppressor to manage recoil on a cartridge built for distance. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger offers a crisp repeatable break tuned for confident shot placement at extended distances so the shooter s input stays consistent from the bench to the field. The carbon steel receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting giving shooters a solid proven platform for attaching the long-range optic a cartridge like 300 PRC is built to take advantage of. The Savage Woodland Camo AccuStock with AccuFit V2 lets hunters adjust length of pull and comb height for a precise repeatable cheek weld shot after shot tailoring the rifle to the individual shooter rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all stock. This camouflage pattern helps conceal the hunter in wooded mixed terrain common to many big game hunting grounds keeping the rifle s lines broken up during a long sit or stalk. Feeding from a 5+1 capacity detachable magazine the rifle gives shooters a quick follow-up option when a second shot is needed on tough game and that magazine pairs naturally with the Impulse action s rapid straight-pull cycling. At roughly 8.6 lbs the Savage Impulse Core Hunter Pro balances the speed advantage of a straight-pull action with the stability and reach long-range 300 PRC hunters depend on making it a capable choice for anyone hunting big country where a fast second shot can matter as much as the first.
