Savage Axis 2 Pro 7mm-08 Remington 20" Left Hand Threaded Bolt Rifle

Savage Axis 2 Pro Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 Pro carries a precision button-rifled 20 barrel spiral fluted and finished with a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle for a brake or suppressor. The Black Cerakote finish covers the carbon steel barrel and receiver giving the rifle a durable low-glare coating that resists corrosion through repeated field use. A one-piece 0 MOA Picatinny rail sits atop the receiver for optic mounting and the two-position top tang safety keeps operation straightforward. Chambered in 7mm-08 Rem the rifle offers a flat shooting manageable recoiling cartridge well suited to deer and mid-size big game. The Mossy Oak Original Bottomland synthetic stock gives this left-hand rifle a finish built to blend into hardwood timber and its contoured pistol grip with ambidextrous palm swells keeps it comfortable through long hunts. The adjustable length of pull lets the stock be tailored to the individual shooter for a more consistent repeatable cheek weld. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger lets a shooter dial the pull weight anywhere from 2.5 to 6 lbs for a crisper more consistent break. At 6.9 lbs the Axis 2 Pro stays easy to carry through heavy cover making it a solid pick for left-handed hunters wanting a threaded camo-finished bolt rifle straight out of the box.
