Savage Arms Axis 2 Pro 25-06 Rem 20" Bolt Action Rifle

Savage Axis 2 Pro Western Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 Pro Western is built around a redesigned ergonomic stock with enhanced texturing and a pistol grip featuring ambidextrous palm swells giving right-handed shooters a secure comfortable hold in any weather. The 20 inch spiral fluted barrel reduces weight while still contributing to heat dissipation and a stiffer profile for consistent accuracy shot after shot. A 5/8x24 thread pattern accepts a muzzle device for shooters who want to manage recoil or add a suppressor. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger tunable from 2.5 to 6 pounds lets each shooter dial in a trigger pull that matches their preference without an aftermarket part. Gun Metal Bronze Cerakote coats both the spiral fluted barrel and the receiver giving the carbon steel components a durable corrosion-resistant finish built to outlast seasons in the field. The one-piece Picatinny rail mounted to the receiver is drilled and tapped ready giving hunters a simple path to mounting a riflescope for longer range shots. A rubber recoil pad and a two-position safety round out a rifle built around practical field-ready features rather than unnecessary extras. Fed from a 4 round detachable box magazine the Axis 2 Pro Western is a dependable choice for hunters who want Savage s proven accuracy in a camo-finished threaded barrel package.
