Savage Axis 2 Pro 308 Win 20" Threaded Bolt Action Rifle

Savage Axis 2 Pro Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 Pro pairs a Gun Metal Bronze Cerakote coated action with a spiral fluted threaded barrel chambered in 308 Win delivering tack driving accuracy on every shot. Thread in headspacing keeps barrel to receiver fit tight and consistent from the factory and the one piece 0 MOA Picatinny rail is pinned directly to the receiver for a solid optic mounting surface. A user adjustable AccuTrigger lets shooters dial in a crisp pull weight between 2.5 and 6 pounds to suit their preference. An updated bolt handle delivers a sleek ergonomic design that enhances control and comfort during operation especially in adverse weather conditions. The redesigned ergonomic stock features enhanced texturing and a contoured pistol grip with ambidextrous palm swells finished in the Savage Western Camo pattern for a field ready appearance that stands apart from a standard black build. Add the threaded muzzle and one piece rail together and this rifle is ready to get to the range and into the field without further modification. The rifle feeds from a detachable box magazine holding 4 rounds giving a total capacity of 4 plus 1 for fast follow up shots. At 6.9 pounds the Axis 2 Pro combines premium Cerakote styling with the reliability and accuracy Savage rifles are known for.
