Description
The Savage 220 Slug is a bolt-action shotgun built for firing rifled slugs, with a rifle-style action and a 22-inch button-rifled barrel. It is a left-hand model with a matte black finish and a synthetic stock.
The action includes a user-adjustable AccuTrigger and an oversized bolt handle. The receiver is drilled and tapped with a one-piece rail for mounting the scope of your choice, and the stock uses AccuFit technology. The gun chambers 20 gauge 3-inch shells and holds 2 rounds in a detachable box magazine.
The rifled barrel and optics-ready receiver make this model suited to slug hunting and accuracy-focused shooting with a scope.
