Savage Arms Axis 2 XP 270 Win 20" Threaded Bolt Action Rifle with 3-9x40 Scope

Savage Arms Axis 2 XP Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 XP pairs a precision button-rifled threaded 20 barrel with a 1:10 twist rate well suited to standard .270 Win bullet weights along with a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle that accepts a suppressor or muzzle brake. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger breaks between 2.5 and 6 lbs giving the shooter control over pull weight for a crisper more consistent trigger press. The drilled and tapped receiver holds the factory mounted 3-9x40mm Duplex scope firmly in place and the scope arrives bore-sighted to speed up the path to a final zero. An updated ergonomic bolt handle improves the speed and comfort of cycling between shots even while wearing gloves. The OD Green synthetic stock is fixed with a contoured pistol grip and ambidextrous palm swells and its adjustable length of pull lets shooters of different sizes achieve a proper repeatable cheek weld. Enhanced texturing on the stock helps keep the rifle steady in hand during recoil and in wet field conditions. The detachable box magazine holds 4 rounds allowing a fast reload without losing focus on game in the field. At 7.6 lbs and 40.5 overall the Axis 2 XP stays manageable to carry on long hunts while delivering the accuracy Savage rifles are known for making it a complete hunting package for sale at ARMSAGORA.
