Description
The Savage Axis 2 XP Hardwood is a bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 22-250 Remington, sold as a bundle with a 3-9x40 scope. It is built for hunters who want a classic walnut-style look with modern features.
The rifle has a 22-inch barrel, a 4-round capacity, a matte brown wood stock, and a user-adjustable AccuTrigger. Laser-cut stippling on the pistol grip and forend adds grip, and the bolt handle is designed for control in rain or cold weather. Thread-in headspacing is included.
The scope is factory mounted and boresighted, with 3-9x magnification and a 40mm objective. The rifle is offered in right-hand and left-hand versions.
