Shadow Systems Magazine Catch Spring For Glock Gen 3 Black

Shadow Systems Magazine Catch Spring Features The Shadow Systems Magazine Catch Spring is a factory replacement part designed to restore proper tension to the magazine catch mechanism on a Shadow Systems pistol. As a small part subjected to repeated compression every time a magazine is inserted or released this spring is prone to gradual wear over thousands of cycles. A weakened magazine catch spring can result in magazines that do not lock securely or that require excessive force to release both of which are frustrating and potentially unsafe during range use or carry. Replacing this spring restores the pistol s original magazine retention and release feel. Because this is a genuine Shadow Systems part it is manufactured to the exact specifications needed for a proper fit within the pistol s frame avoiding the inconsistent tension that can come with generic aftermarket springs. Routine maintenance items like this spring are inexpensive insurance against a malfunction at an inconvenient time whether at a match on duty or in a defensive situation. Keeping a spare on hand allows an owner to perform a quick repair without waiting on a special order part. The Shadow Systems Magazine Catch Spring is a simple affordable part for keeping a Shadow Systems pistol running as designed.
