The Shadow Systems XR920 Elite Optic Ready is a duty-sized, striker-fired semi-automatic pistol in 9mm Luger, built for use under stress and for personal defense. The slide is made from billet steel and features directional serrations, while the polymer frame has an aggressive texture and an extended beavertail to help control recoil and prevent slide bite.
The pistol has a 4-inch 416R stainless steel barrel that is conventionally rifled and spiral-fluted. It holds 17 rounds in a double-stack magazine and weighs 4 pounds. The flat-faced trigger has an average pull of about 4.5 pounds. Sights are a green tritium front dot and a black serrated rear.
