Description
The Shooter's Choice Pierce Point Jag is a brass cleaning jag designed to attach to 8-32 threaded cleaning rods. It is intended for pulling patches through the bore of a handgun chambered for 9mm Luger, .38 Special, .380 ACP, or .357 Magnum.
The jag is made of brass, a softer metal than steel, which helps protect the bore from scratches during cleaning. Its 8-32 thread pitch matches the standard threaded connection on many cleaning rod systems. The pierce point design is meant to hold a patch securely while it is pushed through the barrel.
Because the jag's thread is 8-32, it is compatible only with rods using that thread size. Confirm your rod's thread before purchase.
