Description
The Shooters Choice Cotton Bore Mop is a shotgun cleaning accessory built for 12 gauge bores. Its densely packed, highly absorbent cotton head holds solvent or lubricant and applies it evenly across the bore surface, which reduces waste compared with a bare patch.
The mop is sized at 3 inches to pass through the barrel without binding. It is made from 100% cotton and threads onto a cleaning rod with a standard 8-32 thread. The aluminum stem is intended not to scratch the bore during use.
Each mop is designed for use with common cleaning rod setups and with solvents and lubricants for loosening fouling after shooting.
