Exceptional Rare Early Smith & Wesson Straight Line Target Single Shot Pistol in Original Tin Case with Accessories. An unusual pistol with only 1,870 made from 1925 to 1936. This pistol features a fixed blade front sight and adjustable rear sight (insert missing) on ribbed barrel. Barrel marked "SMITH & WESSON" on the left side and "22 LONG RIFLE CTG" on the right. Right side of the receiver is marked "MADE IN U.S.A." Smooth walnut grips with gold S&W medallion inserts. Complete with original metal blued case with "S&W" monogram embossed on lid. The green felt lined case contains a two piece cleaning rod and screwdriver. This example is in great shape and ready to be added to your collection. Not a common pistol that you see up for sale very often.
